When we receive your order, a special version of MOHOBOOK is created with an association to this domain, and only this domain. To be more specific, if you supply us with example.com, MOHOBOOK will run on example.com and www.example.com, but not on demo.com. By having such a security measure in place, we are able to keep the cost of MOHOBOOK affordable.
If you are purchasing MOHOBOOK for the Frontdesk only, it is still necessary to have a domain and web hosting to install and access the application (it is best to provide a domain name that you are likely to use in the future). If you don't have a domain name yet, they are affordable, as is quality web hosting.

In 95% of cases, it only requires a small snippet of code be added to your website on whichever page you would like the booking engine to appear. The application is bundled with detailed installation instructions that walk you through the procedure. We also offer installation for a nominal one-time fee.
MOHOBOOK is a one-time purchase, your license does not need to be renewed and you will always have access to the latest updates.
When you purchase MOHOBOOK, you are entitled to 60 days of support. If you require support after this period, it can be purchased on a per incident basis. If the problem is a result of a software bug, it may be that you haven't installed the latest version (which is always free for registered users).

No, other than the cost of the software, the only other expense you may incur from us is if you wish to transfer MOHOBOOK to a different domain name (free the first time). As far as additional costs from other providers, there will only be the following, and only if you wish to collect guest's payment info; an SSL certificate ($25 to $75 per year on average) plus an InterFAX account (roughly $10 per 100 faxes/bookings).
If you have the payment screen enabled, then yes. Keep in mind a guest is more likely to honour their reservation if they are asked to enter their credit card when confirming a booking. Otherwise, you can opt to suppress the payment screen and no payment information will be collected from your guests.
