Version 2.7.6 – Booking Reminders

In this version we have added the ability to send your guests automated email reminders. This feature was suggested by a new customer and we immediately felt it was a great addition to our ever-growing feature set. The feature settings are available on the Settings page below the Mail Settings tab.

There are two aspects of the feature, as follows:

Booking Reminder (days): this value defines when reminders will be sent, more specifically, how many days prior to a booking’s check-in date

Reminder Delay (hours): this value defines when not to send reminders, for example, if a guest makes a booking with a check-in date that will also trigger a reminder, the logic will first check this value to determine when the original confirmation was sent, thus preventing futile reminders immediately after
